Our clients may choose among: Greek olive oil, Almond oil, Organic oil with Greek herbs

Relaxing Massage
A smooth, gentle, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, relieves muscular tension, and improves circulation and movement range. Your therapist will aim to relax, revive and rejuvenate you at a massage depth that does not cause discomfort.

Deep tissue massage
A type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles. It is used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. Some of the strokes are the same as those used in classic massage therapy, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain in order to reach the sub-layer of muscles and the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).

Greek Holistic Massage (Ancient Greek Technique – Hippocrates massage therapy)
A unique trip to Ancient Greece, combining tradition and innovation using geolite powder, brush, cupping and extra virgin oil infused with Greek organic essential oils. Based on the Hippocratic methods and writings that took place in Ancient Greece.

Aromatherapy
A complete body treatment that uses essential oils made from plant and herb extracts. These oils have either detoxifying, stimulating or relaxing properties while the aroma has therapeutic effect and brings a feeling of well-being.

Hot oil massage
A holistic, specialty massage with healing and deep relaxation properties, where the therapist uses hot oil that can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.

Shiatsu
A hand massage method that enhances well-being.  It is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and includes pressure on the toes, feet, palms, assisted stretching, and joint massage.  Shiatsu can contribute to quality of life, psychology and overall well-being.

Thai massage
Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. The massage generally follows designated lines ("sen") in the body. The legs and feet of the giver can be used to position the body or limbs of the recipient. In other positions, hands fix the body, while the feet do the massaging. A full Thai massage session may last one & half  hours and includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body. This may include pulling fingers, toes, ears, cracking knuckle, walking on the recipient's back, and moving the recipient's body into many different positions. There is a standard procedure and rhythm to the massage, which the giver will adjust to fit the receiver.

Sunset massage
A relaxing massage to awake your senses, in the most romantic ambiance filled with the most impressive colors from sunset view. This experience will soothe your spirits and, at the end, your therapist will leave you alone to enjoy a glass of wine as the perfect start for this evening! The result of sunset massage is to wake up all the senses of your body and mind with energy from sun and volcano vibes.

Reflexology
An extremely effective form of foot massage for relief of muscular pains and swelling. Using reflexology elements, this treatment improves circulation, stimulates muscles, reduces tension and often alleviates pain.
